Self-awareness is the core building block that we use to start your journey to success. We use partnerships with established companies steeped in sound psychometric research to offer several assessments for you to learn more about yourself and take that first step. Select from our available calendar of virtual courses to learn with others in an online setting. Each seat in the course includes access to the assessment we’ll be covering so you can complete it before attending the course. Every virtual course is meant to help participants understand the principles behind the assessment and its foundation, plus guidance on how to apply its applications in the real world.
Coming Soon - DiSC Virtual Courses
In early 2024 we will be offering a virtual course on DISC: Understanding the Basics. This course is intended for people new to the DISC personality profile. Each offering includes access to the DiSC Workplace assessment and a seat in the live virtual course. During the live session a certified instructor will explain the basics behind the DISC model, the different personality profiles, how to interpret your own results, and how to use this knowledge in your daily life. ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENTS

Once you have established a working relationship with one of our coaches, you can request to take any of our assessments for an additional fee. Our experienced coaches will help you find the right continuing assessments to gain the knowledge you need to create a better relationship with yourself and from there, the world. Each assessment measures specific psychometric information tested by leading experts. Your coach will help interpret the results in your report, answer any questions, and use the information on your journey to achieve your goals.

Are you an individual who wants to understand more about your natural talents and strengths? Have you ever wondered how your emotions might impact your behaviors in professional and personal situations? We are currently offering a special on Gallup’s CliftonStrengths and EQi 2.0 (emotional intelligence). The special includes access to the assessment of your choice and a 1 hour coaching session designed to go over your results, answer questions, and help you identify actions moving forward.
